This one-day class is meant to be a comprehensive overview to highway access principles discussed in the NCDOT Policy on Street and Driveway Access to NC Highways and associated manuals and policies. This class is intended to serve as a foundation and prerequisite to the practitioner level class.

Each participant will receive 7.0 Professional Development Hours (PDHs) which will be noted on his or her training certificate.
