             CTE National Broadcast Series

CTE produces several broadcasts per year, available via the web (RealPlayer or Windows Media Player) and C-Band satellite. The broadcasts feature expert panels who discuss emerging policy issues, research innovations, and best practices in transportation and the environment. Programs are typically two or three hours in length and broadcast live from Raleigh, North Carolina. In addition to C-Band satellite downlink sites throughout the country, some of the programs are also carried on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Air Pollution Distance Learning Network (APDLN). Audience members of CTE broadcasts are diverse and include representatives from transportation and environmental agencies as well as other governmental, non-governmental, university, and private-sector organizations. CTE broadcasts are available on demand through CTE's Webcast Archive, and also on DVD, and written transcript.
