Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) has an in-house video lending library in addtion to the ITRE library of reference materials. There are over 550 titles available on loan to agencies in the United States for a two-week period, free of charge. Videos are available on DVD. Cost of returning the materials is the responsibility of the user. No COD's will be accepted. (Loan limited to delivery within North Carolina) Go to ITRE Lending Library (separate library).
How to use the online library:
1. Search for the video below and view list of results.
2. Place an request to check out the item by one of the following methods:
- Submit online request form by selecting "Request this title" below item you wish to check out.
