ITRE Library is administered by the Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) and has an in-house library of reference materials. There are over 1500 titles available on loan to agencies in the United States for a two-week period, free of charge. Materials available include reports, bulletins, journals, manuals, synthesis, magazines, software, CD Rom, slides, videotapes, DVD, or a variety of other publications. Cost of returning the materials is the responsibility of the user. No COD's will be accepted. (Loan limited to delivery within North Carolina) Go to LTAP Video Lending Library (separate library).

2. Place an request to check out the item by one of the following methods:
- Submit online request form by selecting "Request this title" below item you wish to check out.
