TRANSENVIRO is a moderated listserv for government officials, public interest
groups, and people in the private sector working in the transportation
and environmental fields. The list serves as an informal network for

ROADSIDES
ROADSIDES is a moderated listserv for transportation officials, scientists,
and practitioners; universities, public interest groups and private
consultants, plus agency partners at all levels of government, working
in vegetation management relevant to highway corridors. The list serves
as an informal network for the exchange of information and ideas regarding
policy issues, best practices, applied research, border projects,
Greener Roadsides, photo opportunity competitions, and upcoming conferences
and events. The list includes subscribers who work in the areas of
landscape, maintenance, environmental services, erosion control and
turf establishment, noxious weeds and native plants to increase information-sharing
and networking. In addition, the list includes subscribers who are
active in the Federal Interagency Committee for the Management of
Noxious and Exotic Weeds (FICMENW) along with Weeds Across Borders
(WAB). ROADSIDES is an activity of the Federal Highway Administration

TRANSARCH
TransArch serves the communication needs of all cultural resource
specialists -- archaeologists, historians, structural historians,
and anthropologists -- employed in transportation agencies. The listserv
members share their knowledge, experience, and ideas on the wide variety
of cultural resource problems encountered in individual departments
with a nationwide audience of colleagues facing the same challenges.
TransArch list members are restricted to staff of state, provincial,
tribal, and county transportation agencies and to staff of the Federal

CTEWEBCAST
CTEWEBCAST is a moderated listserv for government officials, public
interest groups, and private consultants who are interested in viewing
CTE's annual schedule of live
satellite broadcasts via the Web (using RealPlayer or Windows
Media Player). The list serves primarily as a means for CTE to provide
viewing tips to the Web audience of its live broadcasts. In addition,
list subscribers can share ideas and suggestions about how to enhance
use of this medium for receiving, and participating in, these national
broadcasts on current environmental topics in transportation.

PPPTE Listserv
The Public-Private Partnerships in Transportation: Environmental Considerations (PPPTE) listserv promotes the exchange of information and resources that support the development of public-private parnterships in transportation that enhance or restore critical natural resource values and ecological functions. Links and documents supporting the dialogue on this topic can be shared through the PPPTE Web site. The results of this dialogue will be used initially to support a special panel session at ICOET 2007.
