Raleigh, NC –Over 300 worldwide experts in ecology and transportation will attend the seventh International Conference on Ecology and Transportation in Little Rock beginning May 21. Attendees and technical presenters from more than a dozen countries, including Australia, Canada, France, India, Portugal, Spain and South Korea, in addition to the U.S., will converge at ICOET to discuss solutions to ecological issues related to highways and roads.

signed into law by President Bush, includes funding for the Center

in a roundtable discussion on racial equity in transportation policy,

Harvard University Civil Rights Project (CRP) and the Brookings Institution.
