Dr. E. Downey Brill, Jr., NC State University professor and former head of the department of civil, construction and environmental engineering, has been named director of the Center for Transportation and the Environment. 08/18/05 - CTE Funded in Federal Transportation Bill
The new federal transportation bill, known as SAFETEA-LU and recently signed into law by President Bush, includes funding for the Center for Transportation and the Environment.
