Weather and Attire

Expect ideal weather in Saratoga Springs in September. Temperatures will be perfect averaging between 70 and 75 degrees, but bring a jacket for the cool evenings. What more could you ask for!

Registration

A breakdown of the registration includes various options for participation. Note that the full registration includes all breaks, breakfasts, receptions, Monday's lunch as well as Tuesday's field trip. Such a deal! There are also opportunities for single-day registration for those day-trippers for Monday and Wednesday. See agenda for more details.

Cadillac Reception

Sunday's Welcome Reception will be at the Saratoga Automobile Museum within the National Historic Landmark Saratoga Spa State Park. This reception provides an opportunity for the committees, firms, agencies, DOTs, and organizations to mingle in the c. 1935 bottling plant (now a transportation museum). Hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar will be available. Ride from the Holiday Inn to the museum in a c. 1950's historic bus (keep your fingers crossed that they can get the bus running).

Low Bridge Ev'ry Body Down Field Trip

Tuesday's day long field trip will be packed full of interesting and informative sites along the All American Road Lakes to Locks Passage and the Mohawk Towpath National Scenic Byway. Stops will highlight transportation issues along the Champlain and Erie Canals and facing the Saratoga National Historical Park. See attached breakdown of the field trip schedule.
